I recently purchased the Waste King garbage disposal unit online, which was delivered on 9th Feb. However, my experience with both the product and the company has been incredibly frustrating.Firstly, neither the company nor Amazon provided installation services, leaving me to find someone independently. This process alone took 15 days, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.Once installed, the unit only functioned for a mere two days, and on the third day, smoke started emanating from it, indicating a serious malfunction. Attempts to contact the company for assistance were futile, as they claimed that India is not within their service territory. This raises the question: if they cannot service products in this country, why are they selling them online?What's more disappointing is the fact that this product is not cheap; it comes with a significant price tag, yet the quality and service provided are subpar.In conclusion, my experience with the Waste King garbage disposal has been nothing short of a disappointment. Not only is the product faulty, but the lack of support and service from the company is unacceptable. I urge potential buyers to think twice before investing in this product, as it has proven to be a waste of both time and money.

This is an updated review for the replacement we received quickly (3 days). This one is good - it looks new - obviously different from the last one we received. We installed it right away. Works great. Reasonable price. Even came with a splash ring and drain stopper. Happy with it.Returned item reivew: Small cracks on wall of grind chamber. Looks like a broken piece got clued back to the wall. Returning it for a replacement. Will update review after we received he replacement and have it installed.

Tenemos ya casi 10 meses con el equipo funcionando sin ningún problema, no es el más grande pero somos pocos en casa así que no requeríamos un equipo más potente, el ruido que hace es bastante aceptable. FUNCIONA MUY BIEN

Me encantó la facilidad de instalación, venía con todos sus aditamentos y conexiones, solo fue necesario adaptar el desagüe existente con un par de tubos (tengo doble tarja) y la verdad funciona de maravilla, tritura muy bien cáscaras y residuos, aparte que no es tan ruidoso como otras unidades más grandes que he utilizado

I bought this to replace my Mainline Model 1900 1/3 horsepower garburator. It is the exact fit. The only difference is there is a plug instead of the unit being wired in, so my friend had to come over and install an outlet under the sink and wire that up to code, then he installed the unit easily. I would give the unit a 5-STAR to install except we had to install the electrical outlet first (as one did not previously exist under the sink). But once installed, the unit ran perfectly and is quite quiet!
