I ordered 24TB but I received 465 GB also the quality of the material that they used it’s awful

I am using it as the Time Machine Backup for my Mac mini, which has 2 TB of solid state storage, instead of a spinning disk.I have a very large Apple Music library (40,000 tracks), and 80% of that is tracks ripped from CDs that I bought over a period of 35 years, and the rest is legal downloads from Amazon, Apple, bandcamp, and some direct downloads from the artists themselves. I have multiple 4 and 5 TB spinning hard drives to hold redundant copies of my music collection, and other data.So far, I have had no problems with this 25 TB drive. it runs cool during the actual backup process, is totally noiseless, and its small form factor is handy.
