My only dislike is the plastic rear tires. In my Arizona desert heat here they will be gone in a year. I gave it four stars for sturdiness due to those plastic tires.I keep a huge gas bottle at my bench so I will be purchasing a smaller one for the cart for when I want to use the welder away from the welding table. You can see my welder and plasma torch. It's nice to have them in the same location and mobile. I will add additional hooks.Yes the instructions aren't the best but if you need this cart you are hands on and good at figuring things out, right?Addendum: I caught these 10" solid tires with steel hubs on sale at HF. I had to lengthen the axle about 3/4 inch to use them but this allowed me to put my giant gas bottle on the cart. This tipped the cart slightly downhill in front but the shelves were thoughtfully designed with enough downhill toward the rear that the shelves still sit downhill toward the rear. I like this cart.Addendum: March 2025 - I purchased a second cart, same one. New TIG welder. Same giant gas bottle. Again the children's toy rear wheels had to go. I changed them out for some serious weight carriers, and to keep it level I added taller front wheels too.

Don't know what the one star people did wrong, but this is a great cart. Let's be honest kids the reason your buying this is for your welder so you are probably good with your hands. As you can see by the pics I added straps and eye bolts for welder and tank to keep them stable. Added extra hook for cables. The metal is thicker then most. Bolts together nice and easy. Cart rolls nice and smooth. Unfortunately everything is made in China, but good old American know how makes it better. Mine doesn't wobble, but if it did I would use the welder I bought it for.

Easy to put together and does a good job of keeping my welder off the floor. I installed a couple small machine screws and nuts to hold my welder to the top so it doesn’t slide off. I will install a couple more brackets to support the welding lead and ground. Other than that, it’s works out great.

Very well made cart that should stand up well. Holds my welder, plasma cutter and a tote to hold all their accessories. Pretty simple to assemble although I am glad I read the other review first. Although not marked as to which side to install, the front uprights are slightly different in their hole placements. I installed them and they were about a 16th off for the upper shelf. Swapped them and they fit perfectly. All together very satisfied with purchase.

I couldn't believe how heavy the box was when Amazon delivered the cart, approximately 45#s. It was well packaged and undamaged. Everything required to assemble the cart was in the box except the wrench, phillips screwdriver and pliers. The exact number of nuts and screws were bagged and every part was well painted and undamaged. The instruction manual was very detailed addressing the entire assembly, except the two side rails. Yep, I read all of the reviews talking about the left and right side rails needing to be labeled. If they are not on the correct side the holes in the top plate will be off by a little less than a 1/2 hole. I was really careful and still ended up having to swap the dang things. Don't waist your time fighting and tweeking the top around to get two screws to start, just bite the bullet, undo a couple of screws, switch the rails and BOOM. . . they really do line up. If you get it right the first time consider yourself lucky. Buy a lottery ticket. The Weldpro cart is very nearly the same as the Eastwood MIG, TIG, Plasma, welding cart. It wouldn't suprise me if they were manufactured by the same company in China. Both carts have a sturdy 300# rating with the same rearwheels and front casters. The design appears to be eactly the same with the exception of the bottle mount. Eastwood has one mid-point chain mount. Weldpro has one upper chain mount and a lower chain mount. The biggest difference between the two carts is the price. Eastwood's price was just reduced from over $200 to north of $150 plus shipping. Weldpro's Amazon price is about a 1/3 less and, if you are a Prime member, ships for free.
