I bought these tracks to go with my Evolution track saw. They work better than the actual Evolution tracks that came with the saw which are 3 short pieces totaling 40”. This pair of Wen tracks are ideal for ripping 8’ material. They are sturdy and accurate. Now I don’t have to keep up as much with which edge is factory on sheet materials. With the right blade, every cut is just as good as the factory edges. I have used these to rip straight edges on rough sawn lumber as well. Well worth the price!

I needed a track saw, but only for occasional use, so I didn't want to spend $600, and this one, with track, was only $200. It got good reviews, so I bought one.The saw itself is made mostly of plastic and it has lots of plastic knobs and stuff on it, but it works great, and so far it has stood up to all the abuse I can throw at it. If I were going to use a track saw all the time, I would probably buy a more sturdy (and expensive) one, but for occasional use you can't beat the WEN. It's got a lot of great features, like a kickback preventer, so it plunge cuts well, and it has several blade settings, including a scoring setting and a blade-change setting. It's easy to set up for repeatable depth of cut. Very safe and easy to use.The track itself is just fine, too. It is extruded aluminum and screws together (with an odd-size Allen key, so don't lose the one it came with) and it's plenty long to do a whole sheet of plywood, which is why I bought it in the first place. The track stays together and stays where you put it. They sent me two clamps to secure the track to the work surface, but the cuts I've made so far have been straight with or without the clamps.So you can't beat this saw for price, features, and usability, if you want something for occasional use. It's accurate and it has all the features I need and more. It's not as durable-looking as the $600 one, but then it didn't cost that much, either, and may prove very durable in the end. This was an excellent purchase for me.

Ya me habían espantado en Youtube y pensaba comprar los Powertec que cuestan el doble.No me arrepiento, cumplen con su función a la perfección. Lástima que no venden uno chico a escuadra para los cortes cruzados, pero bueno, ya cortaré uno en dos mitades.Por lo pronto voy a necesitar gomas de repuesto para la orilla, pero es por el uso.

No es tan precisa y deja la melamina poco astillada, repito por el precio prefiero usar esta máquina a una cierra circular normal, en otra marcas sale más cara, yo estoy a gusto con esta máquina ya que es práctica y de mucha ayuda en paneles de melamina le doy un 8 aún así, la recomiendo si no tienes para invertir en una mejor, está te ayudara con todo y sus detalles!!! WEN me encanta!!!

*TLDR = cheap, well worth the money, no a pro every track saw by any means, surprisingly straight.I had a project that required a track saw to break down sheet goods.Only had that one project, but the cut needed to be precise and I had enough pieces to cut to justify the price of a cheap track saw.The guides are really straight, even when joint together they are true. I compared them to my 6’ straight edge and there was no light between the guides and the straight edge.Really nice, the rubber strip holds on well, the saw glides good. The only downside is the length, as others said. This is too short. Should have been min 55” each piece.The saw is what you get for 150$. A lot of plastic. But for the diyer it looks sturdy enough. The blade run true, the adjustment cam does the job, no side to side play in the tracks. Because of the short track, the kickback mechanism is useless. Took it off to my own risks.Overall, for that price, it is wonderful for what I do.I would buy again if I had too

Had the chance to use the saw a number of times so far on a few different materials like melamine, pine, oak and maple.Considering the cost of this tool (especially when on sale), this is impressive value for money. Build quality may not be best in class, but for a fraction of the cost of those alternatives is greater than one would expect. The included blade isn't bad either, clean cuts so far even through fairly thick maple.Dust collection works rather well - no it doesn't gather 100% of the material, but it is more than respectable. Definitely an upgrade over the mess a typical circular saw would make, and a boon to anyone with limited space.Accuracy of the cuts is very good - the one deficiency I've noticed are the markings for the depth settings, these don't seem to be correct. However, setting the depth is quick and easy, just ignore the markings and ensure your setting is correct.Safety features also good, not everyone is a fan of the anti kickback, but I rather like it.Paired with a good track, and some shop made jigs this will let you do everything you would expect from a track saw, and can stand as alternative to having a table saw.Longevity - I could not say this early on, but I expect to get a good bit of service from the unitOverall good impression so far.

Es un buen producto no tengo comparacion porque es la primer sierra de este tipo que tengo pero para los trabajos que hago en casa funciona muy bien, lo que si seria de gran ayuda para los proximos compradores es que mencionaran con que tipo de guias es compatible por que solo menciona dos marcas pero no incluyen los modelos.

La sierra cumple muy bien para lo que está diseñada y el precio es razonable, tenía años queriendo una sierra de riel pero estaban fuera de mi presupesto. El único detalle importante es ver que no todos los modelos de rieles de esta marca están hechos para este modelo. Compré los 55" y tuve que adaptarlos
