this was for my work, we have had several through the years, they usually leak or something breaks on them, we have had this for over a year of daily use (I waited to do the review), and it has held up well.It is easy to clean, no issues, a great purchase and fair price.

We were looking for a stainless steel coffee urn with a stainless steel coffee ground basket and this one fit the bill perfectly. It makes great coffee and the dispensing mode is very effective even with paper cups

This coffee urn is larger than my old one due to it being double wall but it still fits in my sink with no problems. I love the style & looks of it and the fact the outside is cool to the touch. I get up real early in the morning so I have it plugged into a timer to brew at 2:30 AM so it's all brewed by the time I get up. If you don't like waiting for your morning coffee just use a timer and it will shut off at a set time as well. I washed it as soon as I got it and the 1st pot brewed was perfect. I like the heavy duty stainless steel basket~~I put a filter in it just to make sure that no grounds would filter into the coffee. I also removed the drip tray because we do have some larger mugs & it works perfect with the tray off. My last urn was a Hamilton Beach and it doesn't even come close to the quality of this West Bend. I will buy a West Bend urn again when I need to replace this one.

This is by far the best coffee pot we’ve had. It brews quickly. The coffee tastes amazing. We are very happy with it!
