My Pioneer Woman crock pot lid shattered spontaneously recently (literally while it was just propped up on the counter after being hand washed) and I needed a new crock pot. I shopped around looking for one that was simple to use with basic features--no timers, no auto shut-off, no fancy lid. I just wanted a simple crock pot. There are soooo many crock pots out there, but many of them have less than stellar reviews. And most of them have way too many features that I simply don't need. After several hours of reading reviews online, this one by West Bend is what I chose. I've used it 4 times now and it's been great. 4 Basic dial choices: Off, Warm, Low, High--very simple, which I love. And a simple lid that is easy to clean. Right now I have zero complaints and would recommend this crock pot to anyone. Hopefully it lasts longer than the PW one did.

I love this crock pot! It's the perfect size for me to use for meal prep. the lid fits perfectly. It looks perfect on my counter alongside my other appliances. The heat levels are adjustable with a lo, hi, and keep warm. The crock inside is heavy duty and can be removed for serving and other purposes.

Mine died after 20+ years. Definitely time to get a new one. This filled all the boxes for me, looks, size, various heat settings. Used it for a crock full of chili for Superbowl, worked perfectly. Would recommend at a great price

This crockpot is a staple in my kitchen. Soups, stews, and pot roast all cooked to perfection. I throw in the ingredients and go. Simple and convenient. The size is perfect when cooking for two to four people.

Great staple crockpot. We've used it 10 or so times and it does the job. It's sturdy and the interior basin comes out for easy cleaning. Great for the price and exactly as expected. I anticipate that it will last many years to come, which is why I prefer a crock pot without too much tech. All you need is on/off, low and high settings, and you can cook anything in it.
