It’s good quality and looks great. I though it was a refrigerator. I bought it, then found out that it’s a freezer. I kept for ice pack that I give to my clients at my medical spa. I love it

Quiet, keeps everything perfectly frozen, relatively lightweight to handle, zero frost buildup for two months so far.

The only problem that I had with mine was the shipping condition. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was a notable sized dent. There were also dents all across the bottom portion. It made me worry if something might have came loose or broken. Thank God, it survived. Stuff like this always make me weary about buying big tech online.

I purchased this freezer for my office as an Art Therapist. I use the freezer to store ice packs for my disability, ice for beverages, and for sensory tools and toys for work with clients. This freezer has been perfect for that. I didn't get the door closed all of the way once and had to defrost afterward, but that is operator error, not a device defect. I am fully impressed with this product.
