Heavy, good quality, easy to use and clean, and zipper is sturdy feeling. Fits a half speed rack perfectly.Do make sure to air it out prior to using, as there is a strong plastic smell. The scent goes away after a day of airing out.

I was unsure if this cover would be too thin or too small for the cart I purchased. But it is GREAT for the price. Sufficiently thick and sturdy. There are three zippers that make access easy (you will need to snip the bottom seam to fully open two of the zippers - but snipping the bottom seam is "normal" since sewing a continuous seam and snipping later is easier than sewing three sections of a seam . NOTE: the cover smells like vinyl when first opened, so you will need to open and let it air for a few hours. I put my cover in the dryer on steam refresh for 10 min and it did the trick. Don't use high heat in the dryer or it may melt.

Good quality material, fits the rack perfectly. It does have a very strong plastic smell at first, as mentioned in other reviews, but it airs out and fades after a few days. There are 3 zippers along the vertical edges so that you flip a side up over the rack, or leave the flap hanging but air out, as needed.
