Really great tent, especially compared to snugpak. Super easy to set up and take down. Waterproof and long enough for me (5.11) to be comfortable. Only complaint I have is that the green version does not look as advertised. Instead of the OD green from the advertised pics, it's a bright, almost lime green color. If they provided a less bright and more natural color, this tent would be perfect for me

I knew what I was getting into when I opted for this kind of tent. Make sure you are aware that you can't fit your rucksack inside with you, and that there's really no good place to put your boots either. So you're likely to track mud/dirt inside, and you'll likely have to leave your backpack outside the tent.My main complaint stems from the value for price. This is a $200 tent. The pegs bent quite easily. The mesh fabric on the inner layer ripped with a small amount of tension. Condensation got inside the tent, so that tells me airflow isn't too good. Overall, you're expecting the best of the best if you're going to be paying $200 for such a tiny tent.Instead you could pay $70 for a tent that is likely the same quality, has more space, and only 1-2 lbs heavier.

Great lightweight tent for occasionally serious hiker. Definitely feels a bit short on length for a 5'9" sleeper, but there's plenty of space around the head and feet with double pads and I've never woken up touching the netting. Might be tough for someone who tosses a lot during sleep or who gets up a lot in the night, but I've been able to fall asleep on my side and had enough space to turn in my sleep. There's enough room to keep some belongings and clothes inside while sleeping. I have no intention of taking this out in bad weather but it is perfectly fine with fog, mist, and passing rain. Individual parts and bags all good quality, main bag that it comes with starts fraying with a little wear, but not a major issue to either repair or replace.

And I do mean little. I can fit in it perfectly, however, when I add in my inflatable sleeping pad and sleeping bag it does get a bit cramped. My head and toes end up brushing against the mesh, but I sleep on my side anyways and i never stay fully stretched out when I sleep either. It’s easy to set up and the instructions are easy to follow. It’s really the perfect sized tent to take with you on a hiking trip. Would recommend setting this tent up in a shaded area though, it gets hot in the sun. One thing that does have stumped is the guide ropes that came included, there’s nothing in the instructions that says how to use them. The tent I previously owned didn’t have them, so I’m a bit clueless on what to do with them. Overall though, this looks to be a nice tent. Will have to wait for the cooler seasons before I can even test this tent out, I live in Florida and the summers are just to hot to go camping, even at night.

So, let me try this again, and be a wee bit more helpful, so that people know what they are looking at, before they buy this. This is a single person bivy shelter. For any fellow hiking enthusiasts, this is an excellent tent if you are going hiking with a group, and responsible for your own shelter. If you are hiking and expect to nestle two in this, listen very closely, you may be able to. Without sleeping pads, side sleeping, and being very, very trim and slender in stature. I have never seen this be used that way, but I believe it to be possible. Please test that before attempting in the field, do not be shelterless based solely upon my thought of 'well maybe it could work'.This bag is the cats pajamas for me, big enough with more than adequate room for my gear, and light enough that I'm not too stressed about taking that extra store of snacks to munch on too. This bag isn't tall, i am 5'8, and torso long. I can't sit up in it myself. Lean up, yes, crawl around, yup,(I'm an active sleeper) and move to my hearts content while I'm strolling down in dream lane.I roll up my pad and sleeping bag, inside of this guy, no problem. This isn't a freestanding tent, such as a dome style tent, with x configured poles, you do need to secure the flooring in order to pitch the tent, and tie down/string stake the rain fly. So keep that in mind what type of terrain you may be camping in, it'll keep you from disappointment in the field.I know that this is a 3 season tent, and it is not intended for use that I put it through, but it handles snow fairly decently, as long as it is not complete white out snow storm. The six inch snow fall I have rode out in this, really wasn't bad at all. The pitching time was very fast, i do recommend practicing at home first though. It really helps you out.I personally enjoy this tent, and the color I chose. As far as customer service, it is really outstanding, and my product arrived the day it was scheduled. You know you feel like you are in good hands when they check up on you, to make sure you are satisfied. This is my two cents on this tent, and best of luck in choosing the tent that is right for you!
