This seat is seriously sturdy. I bought it for my little 14ft boat and it looks and feels like a very high end seat. The brackets and the seat material is very sturdy and well crafted. Had I known that this seat would be better than expected I would have bought two.

These were the second set I bought. The first set I bought was not a sturdy, and was twice as big! I like that these are small enough to toss in my gym bag, but sturdy enough that I feel confident using heavyweight.On the downside, they had a really weird smell when I took them out of the box that has yet to dissipate. I think it will go away in time, but it is just really weird smell

This provides a comfortable seat for my conductor on our 1/8 scale live steam locomotives. The white also isn’t hot when it has been setting out in the sun for any period of time.

These squat wedges raise your heels up to two inches and they do indeed place your lower back in a less vulnerable position and they permit a deeper squat using the hip hinge style. One might be tempted to put one’s whole foot on a wedge, but I think it is important to NOT have the heel hang off the top since we are supposed to push through our heels. These are well made, with a good surface to stand on, and they look cool in one’s home gym. People ask, “What are those?” George, KY

These are great in helping improve ankle mobility over time, as well as providing a solid base for squatting at home

I'm able to do squats now without strain and injury to my legs. No more week long recovery periods. Excellent product for those who struggle doing squats without elevated heal support. The product itself is made to last a long time therefore the price is fair. You get what you pay for.

Excellent lifting wedges, allows you to get your feet closer together and put the load in a more optimal position for squatting while dealing with poor ankle flexion and tight hips, lifting shoes don't always provide enough lift for everyone and this can help until your flexibility improves...may help prevent knee injury from poor positioning as well
