Had to add L shaped brackets I purchased at ACE hardware to have something to mount the provided clamps on.

We purchased this item in hopes it would deflect the air from blowing directly on us when sitting on our couch. It definitely does this and now we can enjoy our air conditioner. It also was very easy to install. It was well worth the price.

Like another reviewer, my mother lives in an assisted living facility. I installed this air diverter on my mother's AC/Heating Unit, which is located under her window. The unit used to blow air into her face while she watched TV, but this device successfully redirected the air flow.I tried figuring out how to assemble it with the directions on the box, which did not have the best corresponding pictures. It took me about 30 minutes to get it right. Once I was done, I noticed that the side of the box refers you to their video instructions! So, please refer to the video instructions to save yourself time, because this actually works!

The plastic deflector is of high quality and looks great. The bracket system is functional, but very unattractive and clunky.

The product is nice and was as expected. The directions though were in broken English and the photos on the box were difficult to see as it was a light image on a light grey background. It’s not hard to put together. But, if there was one area to improve that would be it
