My spouse has some bamboo pajamas and can't stop talking about how great they are, so I decided to get my own. These bamboo pajamas are really nice. They are (according to the tag) 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. They are everything I had heard about bamboo clothing. They are very soft and very comfortable. The most interesting part about them is the cooling aspect. If you sweat in them even a little bit, you can feel the cooling in that area. For example, when I am in bed and have my legs crossed, and then I uncross them, the part of my leg that was covered by the other leg suddenly feels very cool, almost cold.Aside from the comfort and cooling, I also really like that they have nice deep pockets. I can keep my Pixel 8 Pro in them, which is on the large side, and it won't fall out.As far as size goes, I wear a 32 inch waist for pants, and 33 or 34 length, and the medium fits me perfectly. If you have a larger waist, but same leg length, the medium will probably work, up to a point. They are very stretchy at the waist band, and to my eyes looks like they could stretch out to a 40 inch waist easily.The only negative thing I have to say about these is that the drawstring is exceptionally, almost comically long. They are so long that they hang down to my knees (see the photo!) They are so long that they got caught in my recliner when I put the leg rest back in, and I was temporarily attached to the chair. I don't know why they are this long, but it's going to cause a problem in the wash as well. Those long strings are going to get wrapped around everything else in the wash. I'm going to take away 1 star for that, because it is pretty ridiculous, seems to serve no useful function, and is going to be an issue in the wash. Otherwise, these things are awesome.

These PJ are soft, comfortable, the husband is 6,2. These fit is perfect. Lot of room and super cute.

First off, I have super sensitive skin and these PJs are incredibly gentle on my skin. I love the fact that I do not overheat or itch while wearing these. I will be purchasing the short PJ set soon.
