Very solidly made, no internal 'lip' which would catch food, sit easily on top of pans to drain, good weight in the hand, goes in the dishwasher. Fine mesh (finer than most). What more could you want? Expensive but very worth it.

一般的な漆の汁椀に丁度納まる程度の大きさです。（茶漉しとしてご検討の場合はこれではなく小さな方にした方が良いです。ちょっと出しをとるときなど重宝します。ドイツのWMFの商品は美しくかつ非常に使いやすくお勧めです。

OMG, so much better than what is on offer on the high street in both department stores and specialized cook shops.This seive has weight to it and is solidly built. The edge and the mesh do not have gaping gaps that trap small food like rice and lentils etc so no odd bits of food falling out into your flour!Would defiantly recommend paying the extra money for this product.
