I read many reviews and I couldn't believe the passion of some people over a simple pair of socks. Who would have thought a garment for your feet could be so important to some people? Well, after years of going from sock to sock, I finally get it.I teach adventure motorcycling and lead tours in the Southwestern US, where it gets HOT. Most of the wicking socks I've bought are still soaking wet at the end of the day, as well as hermetically sealed to my lower legs with sweat!My first reaction when opening the box was 'uh oh, these seem kind of thick, like winter socks.' I stand corrected after wearing them all day in the Mojave Desert. They are extremely comfortable, they fit perfectly, and at the end of the day, they have proven themselves to wick away the moisture from your skin and let it reside in the "thickness" of the sock without feeling heavy.It's a bit hard to describe why I love these socks so much. Maybe it's the manufacturing quality, the fit and the performance, or the fact that they're made in the USA. Son de muy buena calidad. Sin embargo, cuando leí "ligeros", pensé que serían aptos para usar durante el verano en el desierto y, definitivamente, no lo son. Son Muy gruesos y estoy seguro de que me servirán muchísimo en el invierno. Si buscas calcetas largas que te permitan el uso de botas sin el molesto roce del tubo en la piel, y quieres que éstas sean -además- muy abrigadoras, son las indicadas.

UPDATE!!! 02/11/2019-After wearing them six days a week, 12 hour shifts, rotating their use, and repeated washings/drying, they are JUST NOW starting to slightly sag!! STILL an awesome sock!!! (Original Purchase, March 2018).First of all, these socks only got 5 stars because Amazon wont let me give them TEN !!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!! My search is FINALLY over!!!!!! I have searched, purchased, & returned socks over and over again for the last two months!!!! I have bought and returned practically them ALL....Hanes, UnderArmour, Carhardt, Bombas (dont get me STARTED on these guys....TOTAL disaster), and more!!! I saw these socks, first checked the return policy (as per procedure-lol), and was even rolling my eyes when I hit the “Order Now” button, thinking “here I go again”!!I couldnt be happier...these are uber comfortable, lightweight, look good, & most importantly.....THEY STAY UP!!!! The primary failure of the other guys was no matter how much they cost, they didnt stay up!! One brand even came off inside my boot (...Bombas 🙄)!!!! Ugh!! Im on my feet for my entire shift! The last thing I need to be doing is having to sit down to take my boots off just to pull my socks back up!!!!These socks are the bomb!!! Very comfortable, provide great support, stay in place very well, GREAT value, & look awesome!!!!! Im buying more!!!! Save yourself some time, money, & aggravation....buy these socks FIRST! UPDATE!!! 02/11/2019-After wearing them six days a week, 12 hour shifts, rotating their use, and repeated washings/drying, they are JUST NOW starting to slightly sag!! STILL an awesome sock!!! (Original Purchase, March 2018).First of all, these socks only got 5 stars because Amazon wont let me give them TEN !!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE!!!! My search is FINALLY over!!!!!! I have searched, purchased, & returned socks over and over again for the last two months!!!! I have bought and returned practically them ALL....Hanes, UnderArmour, Carhardt, Bombas (dont get me STARTED on these guys....TOTAL disaster), and more!!! I saw these socks, first checked the return policy (as per procedure-lol), and was even rolling my eyes when I hit the “Order Now” button, thinking “here I go again”!!I couldnt be happier...these are uber comfortable, lightweight, look good, & most importantly.....THEY STAY UP!!!! The primary failure of the other guys was no matter how much they cost, they didnt stay up!! One brand even came off inside my boot (...Bombas 🙄)!!!! Ugh!! Im on my feet for my entire shift! The last thing I need to be doing is having to sit down to take my boots off just to pull my socks back up!!!!These socks are the bomb!!! Very comfortable, provide great support, stay in place very well, GREAT value, & look awesome!!!!! Im buying more!!!! Save yourself some time, money, & aggravation....buy these socks FIRST!
