Our built-in-the-fifties bathroom is small and needed a thorough facelift, so as I was remodeling it, I was looking for ways to maximize the space and to brighten it up more. I changed our theme to swans and roses and brightened up the space with shiny gold accents (faucet, light, airvent, rods, shelf, wall tissue holder, gold and pink rose clothing hooks for behind the door, small step pedal trash can, and towel racks) to complement the bold black, white, gray, and pink and red colors in the pattern.Wipes are a main staple in our bathroom but they take up extra space and end-up cluttering the back of the toilet, so I was actually looking for a toilet paper holder with a small shelf area on top to set a box of wipes; fortunately, this item came up on the Amazon search. I was so pleased to find it in a shiny gold color to match everything perfectly!This is a smart spacesaver to store bathroom essentials - wipes - in a convenient spot next to the toilet paper. It is made of quality metal and adheres very sturdily to the wall with the screws provided. The top lid pulls open all the way in a hands-free upright position and closes flat to keep the wipes clean. The unit including the hinges are built to last and its smooth surface wipes to a shine (buffing it a little with a dry towel afterward quickly removes any spots or fingerprints and leaves the surface streak-free).As bonus storage, the top of the lid works well as a temporary resting spot for a cell phone or extra roll of toilet paper. I found a crocheted toilet paper roll cover on Amazon that would work well for this purpose.For those who go through wipes very slowly, I recommend keeping the wipes in the smaller dispenser packaging they already come in so that they are stored and sealed air-tight to prevent the last ones at the bottom from drying out (the space in the storage unit is ample for them to fit this way as well). With regular use, they will remain perfectly moist without the dispenser wrapper. I placed a bill on the lid and also a package of wipes to give readers an accurate idea of the size.Using some wall space to mount brightly- colored storage for essentials is a smart way to utilize and maximize a room in a limited area. I love the cleaner, less-cluttered look! "A place for everything, and everything in its place," as my mother would say!

This item was just what we needed to store small bathroom personal items. Built very well. Its very sturdy. Easy to install. Love the brushed silver finish. Larger storage area than expected. No sharp edges.

I had been searching for something like this for quite some time, this one not only matches everything else I have in my bathroom but it’s also really easy to mount (not mounted with adhesive, screws) and it won’t fall off as it holds a lot but is very sturdy and light weight, has great functionality, has great storage capacity, and looks great!

This was super easy to assemble and mount. It’s very sturdy and has a good weight to it. I purchased this to hold individually wrapped feminine wipes and panty liners…..which never seem to be within reach when you need them. This unit solves that problem. I am rating 4 instead of 5 stars, because I just installed it, and can’t say how well it will hold up over time.
