It works, but it is slow and light, plastic enclosure that would fail and crack first time you drop it. Screen is 20-30 years behind what we use now days. It makes me laugh how flimsy it is and quotation if really is Yamaha. manual is in Japanese only and probably costs $5 in Japan and is for one use only (when you forget your roland or boss home). If it is Yamaha they should be ashamed of selling such thing. I will probably keep it in a corner for one year and recycle it after that.

This is my second loaded pick guard for this supplier. I bought a non functional strat copy for a few bucks. I installed this inexpensive loaded pick guard and "bingo"! I now have a working strat copy that works great. It sounds great too.

Das erste was ins Auge fiel: Absolut Top verpackt. Gut geschützt in einem Karton mit passender Schaumeinlage.Der Einbau war völlig unkompliziert dank der Vorverdrahtung. Nur die Erdung an der Bridge und die Anschlüsse an der Buchse einlöten und das technische war erledigt.Die Montage . naja - es war eben weder eine original Stratocaster noch ein original Schlagbrett. Daher gab es einige Löcher an "falschen" Stellen und an der Bridge musste das Brett ein wenig zurechtgeschliffen werden, aber das waren dinge mit denen ich durchaus schlimmer gerechnet hätte.Der Klang ist Natürlich auch nicht mit hochpreisigen Singlecoil-Pickups zu vergleichen, aber für das Geld durchaus Amtlich. Jedoch man merkt auch, dass die Coils nicht Abgeschirmt sind ("The Hum is real").Der 5-Wegeschalter und die Regler laufen gleichmäßig und ohne Kratzen beim Spiel.Fazit:Natürlich ist es nichts was man in eine Fender oder auch nur Squier einbauen würde. Wer jedoch eine günstige Strat-Style Gitarre hat deren Elektronik und Optik zu sehr vom Zahn der Zeit geplagt wurden macht mit diesem Set nichts verkehrt.

Compré esta cubierta para darle un segundo aire a mi primer guitarra, ya que no es una guitarra de marca busque algo que en precio no se excedería.Me lleve una buena impresión con los acabados y en general el sonido, es un poco agudo pero creo que con unos arreglos en la EQ se puede mejorar.El único problema es en el montaje, en la zona del puente y del brazo no encajaban al 100% hice una pequeña modificación en esas zonas y los tornillos se alinearon por lo que no tuve que hacer cambios en el cuerpo de la guitarra.

Se ve muy bien y la electrónica funciona, algunos agujeros no encajan con la guitarra para con algunos basta para que quede fija.Es una buena opción para darle vida a una guitarra qué tiene fallos.
