I like that this screen is plug and play compatible with my old 8.4 Uconnect screen, and I like that the touch screen is really responsive. The quality is very good, OEM or better. The screen is as bright as the original, but it looks better because it has a real glass surface instead of a matte plastic.I bought my truck new in 2018, and withing 2 years I started having problems with the touch panel not working at the top of the screen, sometimes requiring several presses. When I seen this screen I wanted to give it a try. I watched a couple videos, and it only takes 6 screws to take the dash panel and console up, 4 more to free the radio, 30 minutes of fussing with the radio's electrical plugs of which I broke 2 latches,( they have tiny lock release latches, that simply refuse to release ).After taking the radio to my bench, I removed 6 long screws that hold the touch screen on, and pried 8 metal clips on the screen bezel to access the screen. Then it was a simple matter of releasing 2 flat cable latches to take the old screen off. The flat cables fit in their latching sockets with perfect alignment, and simple snap locked. The actual screen replacement on the radio was less than 10 minutes and the easiest part of the replacement, with about an hour of taking the radio out and putting it back together.When I compared the cost of having the dealer fix the problem versus doing it myself, I was shocked at the cost savings. This is a true straight forward and relatively easy DIY project for a beginner, and the screen is bright, responsive, and better looking that the original. A real 5 star value in my book.

Lo realize yo personalmente, viendo unos tutoriales en you tube, 30 minutos lleva el cambio.Quedo excelente, tengo una grand Cherokke modelo 2.017La pantalla , es igual a la original de fabrica , pero tiene mas resolucion.
