I thought this necklace was so beautiful. After seeing it in person it is not at all what the picture presented. There's what it looks like sand mixed in with the light blue rocks (which also looks like powder to me) and the dark blue rocks don't look good to me either. Very fine like powder. The texture on one of them is very rough as well. Just not what I expected at all. The very base texture isn't the same either.

My one girl loved it, the idea of her, and her sister, having these made her happy as she thinks of as they related to Mulan 2 and the Ying/Yang in that movie. She loves the water, clouds, wind as she says it also brings Dad into the charm to both sides as she calls me Maui as I used to have long hair, and I have tattoos and a rather decent athletic build (Calls me demi-dad of the wind and sea and it always makes me smile).My other girl didn't really like the one part of the charm having a skeleton on a surf board but its not something to take away from the piece as its indented that way and I had hoped she might look past that part.Anyway, its cute and nice, fair price but the chain does kink a bit, or more so, more than I'd like or think its normal.

I really adore these so I gave my other half to my husband since are marriage has been a wave of emotions and that's what this means to me so the wave means what I said and the skeleton means til death do us apart so that's what it represents to me and they did a beautiful job at making this and I've had this for 4 months now and it still looks like the day I received it that means no color has chipped off and no color loss on the metal and it's not magnetic either so it's probably real silver but I have not had it checked but regardless I love it and highly recommend these.
