This is a good set to add to your home gym, or if you just want to get into rope jumping. You get three different ropes of the same legth but slightly different thikness (thus weight) to suit your preferences. The handles are fine and the storage bag that comes with it is good to keep everything in one place.Pretty easy to adjust and handles feel good in hand. There are similar other options for sure in lower price range, but you are getting three ropes here, so that should be taken into comparison as well. I wish it would come with an extra set of handles - that would be a great option and better value.

Elite Jumps Freestyle PVC Jump Rope Bundle is a nice kit to get you going. I like the fact that it is adjustable, although the ropes/cables are a little long for me. At least you get some variety and fairly easy to swap out. Would recommend.

For a jump rope, it's hard to expect a certain level for a jump rope. Once I got these, I really learned that there are levels of jump rope. It comes with three different ropes whether you want an easier jump or if you want speed. Sizing is not too difficult and you can cut to your desired length pretty simply. The handles are really firm and you feel like you get a good grip when jumproping. Just the overall build of the jump rope makes me feel like a fitness fanatic and that I'm rocking the proper equipment. If you were looking to get some good cardio, sometimes it does start with the right equipment and I think this is the way to go

I am not a jump rope expert and I do not do any tricks with the rope. I use it exclusively as a way to warm up and quickly elevate my heart rate. That being said, it is the best jump rope that I have used. The 12 foot length can be cut and customized to your preference. The clips that keep the rope in the handle are easy to adjust yet securely hold the rope in place. The handle is 8 inches long with a 4 3/4 inch rubber grip. The rope moves smoothly and isn’t permanently kinked like cheaper ones that I have. Yes, the handles are plastic but for my purpose they work great. It comes with two other ropes (black and white) that are thinner and weigh less. It also comes with a drawstring pouch to contain everything including some extra clips.

Rope is way too long. I’m 5’6” and tripped over all three ropes. I’ve been jumping rope for 30 years and this is the absolute worst!!!! Tying to shorten didn’t work. Do not recommend this product
