Compre este monitor portatil para mejorar mi productividad durante mis viajes de trabajo y me acaba de llegar hoy. El monitor se conecta sin problemas a mi laptop, pero la pantalla tactil no funciona. Compre estar marca que me salia mas cara que una ACER disponible en el mercado a menor precio, porque queria sacar ventaja de la pantalla tactil, pero no funciona. Voy a intentar revisando si hay algo que pueda hacer, sino tocara devolverla.

No detecta la lap , celular ni otra fuente , solo indica "power saving", y se intentó con tipo c y HDMI. Ojalá pudieran apoyarme si es algo de configuración, sino en definitiva se devolverá el producto.

Imposible probarlo. Apenas en el pequeño instructivo que contiene, me doy cuenta de que no tengo un dispositivo con el cual lo pueda usar. Se devolverá.

This monitor was purchased on sale at around $140 CAD. At this price point, this monitor is a decent deal.What I like:- 16" display size - This size is great for portability and usability. Not too big to carry, not too small to read off of.- 16:10 aspect ratio - This display can auto-switch (or be manually switched) between 16:9, 4:3, 5:4, and 1:1 aspect ratios. This means that devices that only output at non-16:10 resolutions will maintain aspect ratio without stretching image output.- 10 point capacitive touchscreen - Supports Android and Windows out of the box. If you have a Windows laptop that already has a touchscreen, be aware that there are a few additional steps to take to identify this monitor as a second touchscreen so that both screens can accept touch input.- Matte screen - No reflections!What I don't like:- Metal housing - Physically, this monitor feels like a prototype product where the exterior hasn't been finalized. Taken as a whole, this can be a bad thing but really at this price point, you're only buying a panel to look at and touch, so the external housing doesn't matter so much. Just watch those sharp corners.- Mini-HDMI port - There are two of these ports. Mini-HDMI means you'll have to carry an adapter or use their supplied Mini-HDMI to HDMI cable if you use this type of output.- Only one USB-C data input port - I wish one of those two available mini-HDMI ports was a second USB-C port instead. The second USB-C port that does exist is power-in only.- 1920x1200 resolution is usable at this physical screen size with 100% scaling in Windows. A higher resolution like 2560x1600 is the sweet spot for this physical screen size, and would produce a sharper image at 125% scaling.- Color accuracy - It is not advertised how much of the sRGB spectrum this monitor covers. I suspect it's not so great. Colors are usable out of the box, but those who need color accuracy would definitely need to perform calibration. Fortunately, there are an overwhelming number of options for adjusting just about anything dealing with color, brightness, temperature, hue, etc., on this display. I just can't tell how well the monitor can be tuned.- The menu rocker - This is just a poor way to navigate the menu. As extensive as the menu options are on this monitor, they're a pain to navigate because of the wheel/rocker system. The good thing is that the monitor settings persist between uses even if power is completely removed. Once set, you don't have to fiddle with settings again.All in all, this is a perfectly usable panel right out of the box with the added bonus of having touch screen capabilities. There are certainly more polished, more capable products out there, but costing significantly more money or lacking in capabilities. At the time of this writing, the combination of 16-inch + 16:10 aspect ratio + touchscreen on a portable monitor are a rarity on Amazon Canada. At the on-sale price point, I found this monitor compelling compared against other products available on Amazon Canada, especially since a lot of the other products are only 16:9, 1080p screens, even if they are also touchscreens.
