This laptop screen was great. Put it in seamlessly, and it works just as beautifully as the original. It does have the apple logo on the back for anyone wondering. I didn't see it in any of the pictures and thought it would be just a smooth back but worry not. This screen also comes with all the tools you need to do the job, including gloves! I've seen some people say get better tools, but I don't understand why. They are tiny screwdrivers. They will fit just fine and have a swivel end so you can rotate them easier. Only thing I am not sure is if they are magnetic to hold the tiny screws. I do not know this, because I unknowingly bought a screwdriver set to do the job and used that. But you can definitely save yourself the $25 for an additional set. This also comes with instructions that are very detailed. But if that's not your thing, there is a great video on YouTube that walks through the process.

I purchased this A2338 Screen Replacement for my MacBook Pro (M1/M2) after my original screen cracked, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The screen arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward, though I recommend watching a tutorial if you're not experienced with repairs.Once installed, the display quality was just like the original—crisp, bright, and with accurate colors. The Retina resolution (2560x1600) is spot-on, and there were no dead pixels or flickering issues. The build quality is excellent, and it fits my MacBook perfectly.Overall, this was a great replacement option at a much lower cost than Apple’s repair service. Highly recommend for anyone needing a screen replacement!

Overall the product is delivered in a very solid casing, with all the tools needed for the specialized screws, and a sheet for organizing the screws too! I was surprised to see the much appreciated instructions but they were a bit scrambled (unproofed): I was told to remove hinge screens in step 13, and then again in step 16. Steps 17 & 18 tried to cover screen detachment and replacement all in one swoop, leaving out important steps. I had to unscrew the hinges twice on new screen I had inserted to get things situated correctly. "Follow steps in reverse order to reassemble" is lame and comes straight off of a popular DIY website. Very true notebook does not turn on until it is at least momentarily plugged back into a charger. Overall, quite good product; I think it would have been best for marketing to omit the instruction manual rather than include a poorly written one.

Came with all the tools needed to replace screen. Even comes with the logo 10/10

This kit has to be the best one I have ever seen. Packaged in a double padded set of bubble envelopes and then in a box that opens like a book which is foam padded on the inside. Instructions provided are very high end, the tools are beyond adequate for the job. It even comes with a printout for the steps where you put the screws so you don’t mix things up. I will only buy this replacement if I need to do another screen repair.
