Me and my husband has been using these for over 3 months. They are durable and I love they have different sizes and can be doubled if needed. Only with they came with a second set of handles and door attach so I wouldn't have to share.

Las ligas no dan para nada la resistencia qué ofrecen en su etiqueta, tendrás que estirarlas demasiado para lograrlo y se pueden dañar.

Llegaron de forma correcta en tiempo y forma. Materiales de excelente calidad, he tenido de otras marcas y la diferencia en la resistencia y materiales es notoria.

Me llego el producto el 30 de enero 2024 y lamentablemente se rompió el 23 de febrero, ni un mes, no soy una persona que aplique demasiada fuerza a las ligas, básicamente las uso como todo el mundo las usa, para hacer un poco brazo, estiramientos, etc. Pero valla sorpresa me di que se rompió al momento de querer hacer un ejercicio, lo bueno que no salí herido, pero creí que iban a resistir más las ligas, la verdad he comprado ligas más económicas y han aguantado muchísimo más tiempo, por el precio pensé que iban a durar mucho tiempo. Espero que mi opinión sirva para los que vallan a comprar en un futuro.

Quedo muy bien sustitui uno viejo de la misma marca quedo exactamente igual, ahora con llave, funciona bien, las instrucciones todo viene dentro del empaque.
