Cómo utilizar:
Coloca el tazón en el cojín y mantén la palma de tu mano. Sujeta el mazo contra el lado del tazón con la otra mano firmemente (pero recuerda mantener tu mano y muñeca relajadas). Pasa lentamente el mazo alrededor del borde del tazón aplicando una presión uniforme y acelerando gradualmente hasta que escuches el tazón comenzando a cantar. Ahora intenta acelerar cada trazo o aplicar más presión para cambiar el tono del tazón.

I was a bit sceptical at first with the low price but took the chance. I’m glad I did … I love my new bowl! It sings great and is very pretty. The cushion I received is not like the one pictured, it’s a donut style one but it is perfect for my bowl. Thank you!

The sound is great to begin meditation or for centering prayer. I use it for 20 minute sessions twice a day. It can be polished if so desired but that isn't necessary. I did use a silicone pot holder under it instead of the cushion is came with. A small additional purchase. Color does not matter. Silicone will last indefinitely. You can make this bowl sing by moving the striker around the outside of the bowl after it has been struck. I kept thisbowl as it has a pleasing sound to it. I am somewhat afraid of glass bowls due to breakage. This fuflfills my need.

. I have a bunch of these, and I like to purchase them. One of my favorite things about this is it drives my wife absolutely crazy. She has no idea why we need so many singing bowls. I personally think that I need more lol. This one sounds great and looks good on the Shelf. I'm very happy with my singing ball.

Finally a bowl not a thimble and not $75 to $100!!! Absolutely beautiful and amazing for the price!! I was so sure I was gonna be disappointed!! This size for $20!! Going to be ordering more as gifts. Sings beautifully. G6# / 1558 Hz on the strike C5#/ 555-558 Hz rimming. So..sacral chakra? Anyway very relaxing, looking forward to meditating with it and seeing peoples faces light up when they receive them as gifts!!!! Seller Thank you so much!!!
