This company makes good quality furniture that is sturdy & well made. We had an issue with a broken piece from mishandling upon delivery by the amazon driver. Petkaboo replaced the entire product and did not ask for a return of damaged product. IMO Petkaboo went above and beyond good customer service & they didn't even cause the problem. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Very cute! Fits in my space great. Easy to put together, took about 40 minutes total by myself. Love it!

Overall is ok but some corners came with scratches and the box was broken. Also I don’t think it brought all the screws. Probably those got lost from the whole in the box

Good for the price point but I'm glad that I didn't use my drill. While using the screw driver that came with the shoe rack I could already hear the wood splitting.

I'll start with the bad. The quality control is terrible, and the wood either splits very easily or it comes split. The screw heads for the hooks are too small for the holes and come close to pushing through if you tighten the hooks as much as they need to be. Ultimately, be ready to deal with a return or repair. Fortunately Amazon was able to compensate me for my time and materials do repairs, which is why this is getting 3 stars (maybe a 3.5) instead of 1-2. I had to glue together splits from where the shoe racks screw into the frame. I also had to drill a hole in one of them because it was completely missing one, and that rack was literally assembled with slanted slats that cannot be fixed, so I just had to put it on the bottom and orient it in a way to not be super visible. Mine was not perfectly level once assembled, but some rubber feet fixed that. It was close enough and will likely settle a bit.The neutral point would definitely be the cushion itself. It's pretty stiff. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's uncomfortable, but it's not a place you'd want to sit more than a minute — which is fine because that's exactly what it's for. Mine came with the wood beams already attached, but it looks like some buyers had to put their own on.But the good thing is you're getting a decent little bench and rack set for the price. It looks good. It genuinely looks twice the price even when relatively close, even if you can definitely notice some glaring issues when you really start looking. The actual finish is decent. It comes with several extra screws. The colors are good. The cushion has an attractive texture and is a little off-white or subtle khaki. The visual design is a good balance between modern and homey, so it should fit in many design environments.If this came with perfect fit and finish without any hiccups, this could be a solid 4 star item, maybe even 4.5 because it's such a value. It's up to you if you want to roll the dice.
