Cable de cobre puro: el cabrestante ZESUPER de 1500 libras adopta un cable de cobre puro, que tiene las ventajas de una fuerte estabilidad, alta ductilidad, resistencia a la corrosión, resistencia a la oxidación y alta conductividad. Puede proteger el medio ambiente mientras garantiza la calidad del producto.
Planetario de 3 etapas: los tres conjuntos reales de planetario de 3 etapas permiten diferencial, desaceleración (crecimiento), inversión y más. El uso combinado de múltiples grupos de sistemas de ruedas planetarias puede lograr una relación de velocidad muy grande, lo que puede lograr una desaceleración coaxial (crecimiento).
EL NUEVO EMBRAGUE DE DISEÑO
El embrague está desenganchado cuando es paralelo al cabrestante. El embrague se acopla cuando es perpendicular al cabrestante. Cuando utilices el embrague, debes tirar de él y luego girarlo. El embrague de nuevo diseño está diseñado ergonómicamente para una sensación más suave al operar.
RELÉ DE SOLENOIDE DE CABELLO
Los relés pequeños o no coincidentes pueden causar un fenómeno de combustión. Por lo tanto, necesitamos utilizar un relé adecuado para diferentes cabrestantes, no necesariamente un protector de sobrecarga si tu cabrestante tiene un relé perfecto. El relé de 500 A es realmente aislable, duradero y estable, evitando daños del cabrestante a una potencia de relé insuficiente.

Tanto el control con cable como el inalámbrico (hasta 100 m) se han integrado en este driver multifuncional con un imán integrado. El tiempo máximo de trabajo puede ser de 50 horas.

Awesome winch plenty powerful, not as noisy as the older style winches, handy remote wireless or wired combo, nice long cables, but the cables are not pure copper, they are copper cladded aluminum, so far they haven’t heated up but I haven’t stressed tested them that hard, for the price you really can’t complain, I would upgrade the power cables to pure copper if you intend to really push it, I’ll eventually end up replacing the wires at some point

Picked up this winch after my $2000 warn winch died. I gotta say for the price I'm very impressed with the quality. I've only used it for one weekend of mud bogging so far but it was used a good 15 times and worked flawlessly. Pulled some heavy full-size rigs no problem at all. Install was straight forward. I did a YouTube video of the install. Look up Todaysempire if you want to have a look. All in all I am happy with the purchase and would recommend the winch.

Just go my Bronco back after an accident (not my fault) back in February, yes February… body shop and dealership didn’t have anyone to rework wiring and install my aftermarket replacement mods. Long story short, I was done wiring and just thought I’d take her for a spin to the local mud hole to test all the systems out… was met with 3 yes 3 stuck vehicles… gotta help right, pulled a ram pick up back off a high centered ledge, a Chevy canyon (which I’m not sure why they were there, but stuck nonetheless) , and a Chevy 1500 out… all stuck with really no chance of self recovery. So I would say this winch works very well considering it was wired and 6 hours later assisted in 3 recoveries.

Got this as a Christmas gift from the kids for the truck. Finally got some warm weather and started to do the install. Item had lots of wear marks like it was installed before and returned. The control box even had damage to the cover, heat shrink and there is a rattle inside it.UPDATE Jul-2023: During the installation, the power post busted off from the winch. Contacted seller and they sent me a new power post which required me to tear down the motor to the windings. Got everything put back together and was able to extend and retract the rope.UPDATE Dec-2023: First real use! Had to go save a friend in a Jeep who thought they were invincible. When I get there, I put the clutch into neutral and roll out the rope. Get all rigged up and re-engage the clutch on the winch and nothing. Confirmed the clutch was in the right position (nope, can't pull out any more rope), and tried both in and out. Lots of noise but no movement. But now I have to wind the rope back in by hand before I can get out the trusty recovery strap. Winch completely failed when it was needed most.
