I love the size and weight of this battery. I got it mainly to charge my phone, watch, and Steam Deck on the go it’s been doing great since I got it. I will say that it seems to die a bit quicker than I would have expected while it is charging something as basic as my iPhone. I’m not sure if this is normal or not, but it also seems to lose power when nothing is plugged in to it. I know some companies have it set to do that in order for the batteries to last longer. That may be the case here. For example, I know DJI does that with their batteries. Other than that, it’s been great to have. I wish I could keep it in my car, but the Florida sun would ruin it in no time I’m sure.

I'm still blown away by how the battery recognizes each device you plug-in and is able to relay the amps and watts in real time. This kinda ruins my experience with all of my other batteries now haha. There are several cases where I actually find this information useful, but it is also just nice to look at. It's one of those designs that inspires you to use it for whatever and whenever. I really like that way the battery percentage is shown with both a number and a wheel and all the other info much tinier but easily legible. The rubber gaskets that cover the ports are a nice touch as well. I'm use to seeing hard plastic, but I now prefer this. Seriously... this battery is designed really well and has dual usb-c ports (both in/out) as well as d-tap and 2 dc ports (12v and 8.4v) also. Everything you need is there for whatever cords/adapters you prefer. The only thing I would suggest is getting the 99w version for longer runtimes. However, this is noticeably lighter and is a good inbetween choice coming from a camera battery setup.

This is my second v-mount battery and I like it a lot. It doesn't have as much capacity as my other v-mount battery but it's plenty for my use and the display is great. My primary use is for powering my Canon mirrorless cameras for longer video recording. This will last plenty long enough for my recordings (2 to 3 hours at most). It's small and nicely made. The data on the display is amazing. I have been able to use it to see if my USB-C wall chargers are running the wattage they claim when I use them to charge this! This was a benefit I hadn't anticipated. (The display shows how much wattage it is being supplied with.)It has one D Tap port while my other one has two but I don't have a need for two at a time at this point. It even came with a nice USB-C cable to charge it with. The only things I'm not thrilled with are the rubber flaps over the ports. They're really soft and can be finicky about pushing them back in when you are done use them. That's pretty minor but still a little annoying. This is very versatile, as you can charge a phone or other device with it, as well as using it with photo/video gear. It's going to get a lot of use!

The "ZGCINE X50 V Mount Battery," Model ZG-X50 packs a pretty powerful punch and is not only useful for photographic or cinematographic operations but can also be used as a portable charger for many other devices. The ZG-X50 provides USB-C, D-Tap and BP inputs/outputs for connection to various devices and, for me, the dual USB-C ports worked effortlessly for both charging the ZG-X50 itself and then using the ZG-X50 to charge various other devices. The ZG-X50 has an easily readable OLED display that provides real time information of what the battery is doing in both input and output modesIt should be noted that V-Mount batteries are mainly designed for photograhic and cinematographic shoots where constant, and often high voltage/amperage, power is required for cameras, lights, sound recorders, etc. However, V-Mount batteries are bcoming more ubiquitous for charging many different applications and inclusion of USB-C input/output has therefore been added. Although other V-Mount batteries I have looked at required specific charger accessories ,to charge up the battery the ZG-X50 allows charging using via USB-C cables and I was able to charge this battery from 0% to 100% capacity in 90 minutes using a 45W charging block. Although I used a moderately high power charging block ,charging can also be accomplished using your everyday 5V/3A power block.Given the amount of power that can be stored in V-Mount batteries as a whole, and specifically in this battery, together with the ability to be charged with common every day accessories, makes the ZG-X50 a winner as an all-around battery pack. Adding in the crystal clear OLED display together with the broad spectrum of power applicability across all three input/output ports makes me think that this is a solid 5 star product. The battery is also available in 99 and 156 WH varieties for those who need more power capacity.(Please see below for my rating criteria):=============================================================Disclosure:As noted by Amazon, I am part of the Vine Program which means that I acquire products at no cost in return for a truthful rating. This battery offers a good selection of inputs and outputs and easily gets the job done in powering or charging a few devices. All the connections feel stable and robust. The colors are a nice touch and I do not mind the bright orange aesthetic. That said the oled screen is a bit busy for my liking. At first glance you will need a doctorate in battery physics to understand what is being displayed and what its trying to convey. I feel like cutting down on the info might a good choice here. The info is nice if you need it though. It also clearly defines what port is in use and what its drawing. Finally I want to mention that there is some decent vampire draining on this device. I let it sit for the past 2 weeks after my last shoot and it dropped from 90% to 70% charge. I prefer to keep my batteries in the 7-80% range so this was actually helpful after putting a full charge on it... but it is something to be aware of if you are an infrequent shooter.
