This LP-E6 charger has a really cool design. Essentially you can purchase other “battery plates” for different battery types and brands. For example, you can purchase NPFZ100 plates, EN-EL15 plates, plates for Canon LP-E5, LP-E17, LP-E10, and so many more types. It comes with the main charger and the LP-E6 adapter plate included. The outdated part is that this charger’s charging light has only two modes – red and green. This means that you can’t tell how charged the battery is – just that it is or isn’t. This is somewhat surprising coming from a new charger, even when the 16-year-old Canon LC-E6 charger has the ability to tell you approximately what the battery’s percentage is at. Overall, this charger has a very fascinating design.

When you first get this, you may think it won't work because it is very small, but the battery just hangs off, and the charging connectors work fine.This is a very low-quality build. but the functionality is fine for a backup charger. It seems to charge a bit slower than the brand-name charger, but it charges the Canon EOS 90D battery just fine.4 Stars
