Perfect from the start. I chose medium. It’s comfortable to wear. The cover covers all my junk well and can expand inwards or outwards from the top. I’m 511 @ 190

I have tried thongs from many different brands, with these common problems: pouch too small to cover everything up front, rear rise too short, fabric too abrasive or not stretchy enough. The combination usually means poor coverage and abrasions in front and painful in the rear.These Zonbailon g-string thongs are exceptional. The pouch is ample and comfortable. The fabric is soft, smooth and stretchy. The waist is the size it says it is. The string in the rear is long enough to be worn properly. They are extremely comfortable… good for long term wear.These cover without constraining. They’re not a support garment. They’re the next best thing to going commando.

As a guy who has a 42 inch waist, wears size 44 jeans, I started out at 3xl, and ended up settling on XL. When wearing these, you are "supported and kept in", but otherwise feels like nothing at all. I started on this type of underwear as a partial gag for my wife, and partially because I have a skin condition, and well, I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable, and non irritating these were, and haven't turned back. Stretchy, adjustable pouch, and just comfortable. Plus, once she got used to them, my wife loves them on me.Downside? Need a bit more color variations, that's it.

It’s perfect if you don’t want to feel like you are wearing underwear but the strings or the straps get rolled up and uncomfortable.
