The pan came in a previously open, retaped box and the lid is missing. Where is the lid? Where is the quality control? These pots and pans are fine quality otherwise.

Had a non stick before, once you learn to cook with stainless steel there no going back.This feels like a proper chef pan and can’t fault the quality

Stainless Steel oven safe 500°, quality is perfect looks too good to cook in. Handle is one of most comfortable- glass lid and pot rim perfect fit. Heat conduction is excellent-clean up is easy, let cool, warm soapy water - great lifetime value you’ll never or need to replace. Saves on replacing cheaper pots over the years

Ok, so the bad reviews about stainless steel are because they are not being cooked on properly. Do some research about how to cook on them and you’ll be fine. That being said these are the best pans Iv ever owned. I cook daily and these pans make a huge difference. They are super sturdy and worth every cent. Stainless steel takes a lot more love and work to keep clean and cook on but it makes cooking sooooo much better. I highly recommend these pans to anyone who wants to go food network in your own kitchen. If you just want a pan for scrambled eggs and quesadillas then you should pass and get a good cheap non stick like Racheal Ray pans. If you are a serious cook and want to take your cooking to the next level you will not be disappointed in this purchase:
