I got a great deal on this, only paid $14.99 and I am SO pleased. I didn't normally spend much on clothes in general, as a mom of three young boys, but this was well worth it!!Very high quality, worth the cost several times over!It has multiple layers: the white lace layer is indeed inside a blue layer! (I'm used to cheaper versions, where the white would simply be seen into the bottom hem of the blue skirt - iykyk)The buckle isn't even a cheap acting feature! Doesn't get stuck, works smoothly..It's also like the perfect length for me, I didn't trip walking up the stairs or have to the fabric when I ran.. FANTASTIC. although I do pine for pockets 😅If I could buy five more for the same price, I would totally do it. New favorite article of clothing!

The fabric is very soft and stylish. I am 5’3 and 165 lbs. I usually wear long skirts above the waist and it doesn’t drag. The belt is easy to use.

This fit perfectly! And it stretches if needed. Very lightweight and loved the color. It was perfect for my cosplay

Comfortable and lightweight, wore it for a murder mystery party and plan to use it in my Ren Faire rotation!Fabric feels cheap but hey, that's the price point.
