Perfect little dress for the wedding and she loves it! Dressy enough for the occasion! Seems made well enough! Machine wash cold & tumble dry but I think I'll hang it to dry and steam it! Fits true to size! She is a small nine-year-old who fit perfectly in the 8/9 but we are going to keep the 10/11 instead because that one also fits pretty well and she can wear it for longer!

This dress was perfect for my daughter to wear to a wedding we went to in June. Didn’t snag, long enough to hit her knees (she’s tall for her age) and she was able to dance all night long and be really comfortable!

I ordered this for my wife and noted her opinion.Color:The muted pink is very pretty. It would be great for a regular occasion, such as church or a small recital.Fit:This dress is a 14-15, and I got it for my 11-year-old daughter. I think the dress runs small as she usually wears a 12-13.Style:The dress definitely looks appropriate for a pre-teen. It is not babyish and also not too grownup. I really like the length and conservative cover of the chest area.Quality:This dress is well-made. However, the materials used to make it are subpar. It wrinkles easily. The flowers at the top of the dress look a bit cheap as they don't all press against the lace bodice. There is a built-in slip, which is good, but the very thin material gives the dress a lower quality look. It does not bounce out. The thread shows on the outside where the bow is instead of being sewn in and hidden. The zipper gets a little stuck at the waist area where the bottom of the dress meets the upper body. The zipper, however, is well hidden, which is a nice look.Overall:This is a cute dress. I wanted it for my daughter for Easter, and it doesn't feel dressy enough. I'll likely let her use this one for less dressy events, but it still works for brunch or a cute afternoon tea.

This is definitely a beautiful dress fit for elegance and style.The detailed lace and high waisted bow tie makes this the perfect dress for holidays, birthdays or weddings. Has a built in slip which is silky and smooth against the skin.Fits true to size

Here's the thing... I was all set to write a good review about the appearance of this dress and then I looked at the tag and it said 100% cotton. I was immediately suspicious of the whole dress because there's just no way it is 100% cotton. I don't know if you can tell in the pictures, but the skirt is slick and a little shiny and the top is a mesh material that I don't think could even be made using cotton with some poly-looking embroidery. If I discover I was wrong, I will revise this review accordingly, but for now, I've deducted 2 stars and put this paragraph front and center of my review.Now, on to the dress itself. Had the dress not made claims about being pure cotton, I would not have minded the material at all. I'm not an expert, but I'd guess it is polyester. The skirt is soft and drapey, lined so it's not sheer. The top might bother some people who are very sensitive to textures, but my daughter didn't mind it. There is a zipper on the back for putting it on and taking it off. The purple color is nice, a little bit pinker than how it appeared on my computer in the product images, but fine. The embroidery/lace is not an exact match for the color of the dress like it is in the product images, but it is close enough. I did find some stray threads and the stitching doesn't look of the highest quality, but it doesn't look too bad and my kids usually outgrow clothes before they break them anyway. And speaking of size, this is my average-size 9-yr-old wearing a size 10-11.
