These work great! A little pricey but worth the money. Good product.Hollywood? Just a note, the rubber on 2 of the clips came off and won't tighten on the boat rail.

They do what the description says. Use the right line and make sure to tie the line to a second point. With them installed as tight to the rail as I can they are easily slid forward and aft. They can be lifted with little effort. Which is not good. They are somewhat heavy duty.

The whole unit is very well built and is easily adjustable to your pontoon rails so why they used the undersized spring is confusing. The unit works perfectly until the spring disengages from the tongue which has already happened once. So a heavier spring this would be 5 stars.

The wire that is used for the spring is too thin and keeps popping out of its hole. I've used a bread twistee to wrap around it to keep it in place. The company should use a heavier gauge wire. Beside this issue I love the idea.

I initially purchased cheap pontoon rail keepers that you had to tie a knot to adjust the bumper. This product is simple to use, no knots are required and can be adjusted in a matter of seconds. Just set the width of the keeper one time for the size of your railing, then all you have to do is feed your bumper rope thru the keeper, push on the tab, adjust the hight of your bumper and your done. Very easy to use and the product is built well.
