I’m a new mom and wanted to enjoy the pool with my baby without so much worry that if she somehow slipped from me momentarily she wouldn’t sink. I definitely keep hands on her at all times but this added life vest just added piece of mind. Nice, snug fit but with stretch.

Bought this for my 5 year old daughter who is 4 ft tall and 50 lbs (about a size 6/7 girls). Fits perfectly with plenty of room to grow. Works as it should. Absolutely adorable print. Just be aware that it is not USCG certified (in AZ for public pools, USCG certified vests are required) other than that we have used it in friends pools and it does exactly what it's supposed to.

Pros..size large kept 61pd (wears size 7) child with minimal swimming skills afloat. After tons of research, I discovered..Its really hard to find a swimming vest with this large of a weight limit.Cons..huge cons.. while the vest works for a kid with barely any swimming skills...my kid got the worst burn and rash between his legs from the strap and rash burn on the back of his neck from the vest..Use of strap is a must or the vest will float up over head.. He only wore it once for around 1 hour with full rash guard shorts and long sleeve top under the vest. He cried it hurt so bad and feared I'd put this thing back on him. I wouldn't recommend because I'm not really sure what could have been done differently to prevent the rashburn from this thing.
