Practical easy. With this tripod/handheld device, i can use my camera for many ways and many things. Its easy to use and convenient. You can use it for selfies as well i basically use it mainly for other things like blogging and well of course the name says it all. Tripod to make the cam stand still and take pictures. But mainly i use it for mini clips and pictures. I love this device best ever made.I think i will never use a selfie stick since they tend to break easily.

Doesn’t work with every camera so do your research before you buy. I use with my M50. It’s great

I've used this grip as my vlogging handle for several months now. I've noticed a few things that affect my review. My biggest gripe is the price. You don't need to spend so much on the grip. It's not the best handle in the market and the remote doesn't 100% work effectively on my Canon G7X Mark iii. The remote has the picture and record buttons on side and on my mark iii, if I have the camera on auto mode for photography, the remotes photography button works fine. But both the remote and camera need to be in video record mode, which is a different setting on my mark iii. So switching back and forth on the remote to switch settings isn't fast. The grip houses the remote well and I've taken my setup on long hikes (most often 10 mile hikes or summit hikes) and it's never fallen out. However when you have your camera, camera cage, microphone and deadcat, light and light diffuser on this grip, it wiggles and causes noise in your shot. Like a tapping that happens when you walk. It's caused by the very top plastic part just under the tripod screw. I can't get it to stop. There is also a coldshoe extension piece that is included. It goes on the side of that plastic part I just mentioned. Yeah that makes the noise worse and squeakier. There is also a lanyard loop at the bottom. I never use it, I prefer to have a lanyard on my camera and not so much the grip. Works for meSo I think I paid like $125 for this grip and remote. I've used it heavily and I wouldn't recommend this for the price. It does work and looks great. But the jingling and button functions are what's killing me using this. If it was silent, sturdy, and was fully compatible with my camera, I'd say worth the money.I do have issues with it handheld. This grip shines best in stationary mode. Legs extended out on a flat surface and remote in hand. Taking selfies and group shots is awesome. And having all the settings correct to record makes vlogging easier. This is the only way I use the handle now.If you do decide to purchase is like I did. Have lots of patience when using it and then you'll learn to work around it's defects.

Originally purchased this for a G7x Mark III. Couldn't deal with the auto-focus issues. Returned the G7x M3 and purchased a Canon EOS M6 Mark II. The stand and remote work perfectly for both. The only nit pick item that would improve the tripod would be angle adjustment stops that are a little closer together. Love it for general vlogging handheld or a quick tripod setup.

I received it today missing the buttons part, so it's a buttonless tripod
