El método más simple de instalar el llavero mejorado seguirá requiriendo cierta experiencia con herramientas manuales simples. Advertencia puede causar lesiones. Las herramientas que necesitarás al menos son:
Pistola de calor o alicates para secador de pelo (opcional)
La instalación tardará alrededor de 5 a 10 minutos dependiendo de qué tan bien puedas quitar la hoja de la llave (si aún no se ha roto) y otros componentes del llavero OEM. Recuerda siempre usar precaución y usar anteojos de seguridad cuando utilices herramientas.

Se siente de buena calidad, muy superior a las cubiertas chinas copia de la original. Espero que dure. Es bastante grande en comparación pero me parece un buen tamaño. Y su instalación es muy sencilla.

This new casing feels very rugged. My key blade wasn't shaped exactly like the mold in the casing housing, and I had to pay to get the "pin" removed as the licensed metal worker said it wasn't a screw. So I used a two-part epoxy to secure the blade in the housing and it's in there pretty good now.Sometimes the car doesn't sense the chip, I think this is due to the increased thickness of this casing compared to the original design, but I just pull the key out and turn it over and it would read the chip afterward which is a minor inconvenience. I'll update after changing the battery to see if this changes.Other than that this thing is bulletproof. Oh and the hole for the key chain is pretty small too you'll have to drill it out to widen it for a regular-sized keychain thingy. Cheers

What a great product! My OEM fob literally fell apart. This fob was exactly what I wanted. It was extremely easy to assemble (took less than 10 minutes). It held the key tightly. I always read the reviews, especially the negative ones and honestly I can’t figure out why some folks had trouble assembling it or that it didn’t hold the key blade tight or didn’t allow their vehicle to start due to the thickness of the plastic not allowing the microchip to be sensed. I didn’t experience any problems. It’s bigger than the OEM fob but that is because it is far more robust! Some complained about the can opener. I agree that it has no value but who cares. If it is such a problem then cut it off.I highly recommend it and expect it to last as long as I have my CR-V (I keep my Hondas until the wheels fall off).

This was probably the 4th time I was replacing the shell on our keyfob. The other replacements I got would shatter the first time I would drop the keys on the ground. This thing, though, is rock solid. My only complaint is that I wish I could get one without the annoying snagging hook — excuse me... bottle opener. It's actually not that bad, rarely snags anything, but I don't need a bottle opener, so why deal with any amount of snagging. Still, 1,000x better than any of its competitors.

Definitely a great buy. Way better design, quality and overall feel. Feels like it will hold up longer compared to the other cheaper generic version available. Only giving it four stars for now simply because I only had for less than a week. If it can withstand and holdup like they claim it should. I wouldn’t see why I wouldn’t come back and add another star. Plus it’s American made. Let’s go!

This thing is awesome! I think it will last. Having four screw holes reinforced by metal is great. It feels solid unlike the other replacements that seemed poor from the start.
