For my Dell Inspiron 17 7000 Laptop, this adapter is not the proper wattage. I returned it. This adapter is 65w and when I plugged it into my laptop, my laptop displayed a warning stating the adapter had low wattage. I discovered I needed a 90w adapter instead. I was only able to get the proper 90w adapter by calling Dell and ordering it directly from Dell.

Let me start by saying, I didn't grab this for a Dell laptop; I grabbed it as an extra charger for my Asus Rog Ally Z1 Extreme. For my purposes, this worked absolutely perfectly and allows for the Ally to run in 30w turbo mode when plugged into it, which was the goal. This also does confirm the advertised 65w power delivery from the charger, as this mode does require a minimum of 65w to enable, otherwise you're limited to the 25w turbo mode.Considering the price is great, and it does exactly what it advertises it will do, I am more than happy to recommend this!

After ordering dozens of computer chargers over the years, I expected this to be a cheap knock-off. Nope, it is a dell charger.It is quality, good wires, good connectors, good product and works as it should.The only nit is that I chose to receive it in the original equipment box with no tape or sealant. It was really easy to open, I feel fortunate that the entire package arrived intact. I don't mind shipping in the product container but please put a strip of tape to keep it closed in shipping!Great charger!

Nothing fancy here. Just a legit laptop charger that completely replaces the original charger that came with my Latitude 11. The light near the connector is particularly handy, letting you know if power is flowing. this seems to be constructed well with just the right length cord. No issues with breaking, which is always a concern with chargers.
