We use this adapter on our 5th wheel trailer when in storage. Works great.

This adapter worked well, saves having several adapters to do the job of one. I used it to connect to 120V regular outlet, but just to charge the battery, and a couple of (light) electrical features (storage light). I recommend this adapter. I looked for safety stamps (like UL Certified) but was unable to detect any, if that is important to the reader.

When you park your larger RV in the driveway, you need to be able to plug into a 110vac outlet without having to drag out the firehose of a 50 amp power cord and stack on two more adapters. With one of these and a drop cord, you have ac power with no hassle. Yes, you're limited to 15 amps, but you'd still be limited to 15 amps regardless of how big your power cable is. Why these things can only be purchased online is a mystery. This one works fine and the price was good.

Received 8 days after the order. Tried on Marino Park Power 50A socket on trailer. It works and fits very well in that socket - just tight like a glove. I tested using DMM meter to verify continuity. All three inside female sockets have continuity to the male end. Ground is to outside metal tab. The male 3 prong end has a locking screw to the ground prong to spread the prong when you plug it in the extension cord to keep it from falling off. Adaptor feels and looks heavy duty to me.Package says its limited to 1850 watt power = 15.4 amps max at 120 Volts. That is about right. Just enough to run microwave with anything off. Haven't used for A/C but I dont think it will do it. I bought it just to plug the power in using extension cord to keep batteries charged up and pre-cool fridge at the house to get ready for trip.Better than dragging out that very heavy/bulky power cord and risking loosing that friggin' expensive cord to copper thieves. I use heavy gauge extension cord under the garage door to plug the cord to trailer.thumps up from me.
