I bought this for my daughter. She absolutely loves this pot! It is well made and sturdy. Handles well. Would definitely buy from this company again.

My stockpot had developed some sort of black spots on the bottom and I decided it was time to buy a new one. I did a lot of research before I decided on this pot. I am really pleased with my decision. I had an issue with something burning on the bottom (not enough water) and there was no problem with the clean up. Since the pot was still warm a wooden spoon removed most of the problem and I followed that with a little Bar Keeper's Friend. It looks just like it did when it arrived. I am definitely pleased with this purchase.

As someone who put up with crappy small pots for a long time, I finally invested in this for canning and LOVE it. I managed to scorch it a smidge when canning tomatoes and it cleaned up so easily.

After looking at the large selection of 16 Quart stock pots I decided that Cooks Standard Classic stock pot was the perfect size for our induction cooktop. Other vendors were too large in diameter to fit on the largest burner on our cooktop or the style was unsuitable.The Cooks Standard Classic has a sturdy feel to it, both in the body and the handles. My wife commented on this the first time she used it to make applesauce. The pot has a very nice finish on both the outside and inside and it cleans up very easily, though we haven't overheated anything in this pot that stuck to the bottom. And if we did, Barkeepers Friend will easily clean it up (scouring pads are no longer needed for our cookware).The only issue we had with this pot was that the wrong style lid was packaged with the pot. It was the Cooks Standard Professional Stock Pot lid, a brushed stainless finish with a welded loop handle. I contacted the vendor and within 3 days I had the correct lid. Great customer service.
