My ruler arrived just about 48 hours after I ordered it. Well packaged and the driver was very courteous. I have never had a ruler break on me so I don't know how the earlier reviewer could make such a statement. The plastic is thick enough, the numbers are very easy to read, and I find that Creative Grids rulers are my first choice when one is needed. They are the best!

Large ruler About 24 inches long. I don’t think the plastic is thick enough for such a big ruler.I think it will snap in two pieces easily.However, the markings are easily visible and I needed it to make a very large diamond star quilt. Creative Designs controls pricing so you can’t find it discounted at local quilt shops or on-line
