I purchase this cutlery set to replace an older Chicago Cutlery set purchased 14 years ago. Originally I was skeptical of its quality of the knives. Cuisinart has been known for reliable quality electronic kitchen appliances. So when I spotted this set, I had to purchase them. Six serrated steak knives, a bread knife, steak knife, pairing knife, heavy duty kitchen shears and more!! Each have a very comfortable metal handle that is milled specifically to prevent slipping. The display block is solidly made and has rubber feet to keep them displayed in place. Each blade seems balanced and comfortable making them easy to use. I love the serrated everyday steak knives. I have seen similar knife sets from those claiming German Steal and Japanese knives for over 3 times of the cost of these. As an everyday user, I doubt that I could tell the difference between these knives as opposed to those higher priced ones. So far, I am very impressed.

¡Los peores cuchillos que he tenido en toda mi vida!Muy mala calidad. Los cuchillos más baratos de Walmart funcionan mejor.El cuchillo se desafiló más rápido que mis viejos cuchillos simples. muy rápidamente, en una semana o dos. Ya no cortan, sino que trituran.Después de dos semanas, aparecieron manchas de óxido.¡Nunca he visto óxido en un cuchillo! Cada uno tenía óxido. ¡Horrible!

My daughter purchased this set for me as a birthday gift, so sweet, she knew I was looking for some good quality/sharp kitchen knives. These are pretty nice....and sharp! My favorite is the santouka and paring knife. The chef one is great too. I'm happy with them.

I never write any kinds of reviews for any of the products I purchase here on Amazon, but this 15 piece is real nice. The quality is good, looks heavy but it isn’t, very sharp and can be organized thanks with the block organizer.

You can’t go wrong with these knives. Very sharp and beautiful and with a lifetime warranty, you can’t go wrong. I would definitely recommend these knives
