Es fácil de instalar pero baja un poco la presión del chorro de agua.

Has significantly removed a lot of deposits from the shower water as I can tell by the frequency of glass door cleaning required. More importantly I now feel actually clean after my shower and my hair seems to have its old texture and bounce back! I would highly recommend this for people with lots of mineral deposits in their residential water supply as it certainly helps minimize the problem in the shower area. We will have to see how long the filter lasts.

El agua de mi casa llega muy contaminada, y se me resecaba muchísimo la piel, este producto fue la santa solución, lo único que no me gusta es que el agua ya no sale con la presión con la que salia, pero es de esperarse por el mismo filtro, bueno así ayuda a que ahorre agua.

Inmediatamente se siente una mejora en la calidad del agua, se instala en 2 minutos, eso si tienes que tener una buena presión, por que disminuye la presión de tu tubería, por la poca diferencia recomiendo la de metal, mejora tu piel, al final del regaderazo la piel no luce tan reseca como antes de poner el filtro, ampliamente recomendable

Mi historia es: a los dos dias que me cambie de colonia a mi esposa se le empezo a irritar la piel fuimos a varios doctores hasta que nos dijeron que el agua de la zona, tenia mucho cloro y mas dureza, nos recomendaron comprar este filtro y ya tenemos una semana usandolo y no hemos notado cambio incluso ahora yo tengo la piel irritada.

La instalación es facilísima, no se necesitan herramientas e incluso incluye un poco de cinta teflón, para que no tengas que comprar o buscar nada extra. Aún no noto la diferencia en mi piel y cabello, pero actualizaré esta reseña cuando pasen un par de meses de uso.

Mejora sustancialmente el asunto de los aromas, no los erradica en su totalidad pero los hace mucho muy tolerable ( cambio de tuberías a nivel delegacional) el agua empezó a llegar muy sucia y con un aroma horrible, al menos ya no siento que hielo mal después del baño.

Felt improvement on skin in 1-2 weeks. Very good. Would recommend if you have dry skin which feels itchy after shower. You will get rid of these symptoms after using this shower head. It is a bit pricy so hopefully they will reduce the price of filters in the future.

Short version:Easy to install, does not leak, and does exactly what it says it will do. Chlorine smell gone, skin not super dry and "coated" feeling after showers anymore. Would buy again.Long version:I was tired of high chlorine levels in our city water and the irritation it caused my skin. My wife couldn't smell or feel it so she didn't sympathize. Fortunately this is inexpensive enough she didn't complain that I bought it. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised to see teflon tape included - this saved me a trip to the basement to dig mine up. Installation was a snap - take off the shower head (this also gave a good opportunity to soak the shower head in some CLR to clean the nozzles out) and while it was soaking, put the filter on.I think I understand why some people say theirs leaks. The stem that fastens onto the shower spout is also the pivot point for the filter unit. If you don't tighten the screw onto the main shower spout tight enough, this pivot point is not tightened enough and leaks. It happened to me, and another 3/4 turn onto the spout and the leak was gone. This might be tough to visualize if you don't yet own this, but it should make sense if you make the purchase and have a similar issue.I would not hesitate to buy this again. It does the job well - so well that even my wife could tell a difference in how the water smells and feels.

I purchased this filter at the same time I purchased a new shower head. I figured, two birds, one stone. Plus, this includes a small roll of Teflon tape, so I didn't need to pick any up for this, or the new shower head. *Score!*This filter unit is rather well built, and appears to be completely metal, except for the filter inside of the housing. Installation couldn't be easier. I installed this filter and my new shower head in around fifteen minutes. The only design issue I found is the hand tightened nut. I believe that it should have been configure for a wrench. It's difficult to tighten enough to keep the entire unit still when attaching a shower head to it. However, the filter seems to be working great. My wife and I both feel like our skin is not as dry and itchy. It must have been caused by the chlorine in our water. Also, the level of soap scum has dropped significantly since I installed this unit.Pros:-Well built.-Easy to access the filter.-Includes Teflon tape.-Easy installation.-Less chlorine.-Less mineral deposits.Cons:-Hand tightened connection nut. (Might be fine for most, but I prefer one that accommodates wrenches.)-Showering is too enjoyable... I believe my shower time has increased by almost 50 percent. (Not necessarily a bad thing.)Summary:If you are looking for a simple to install filter with great results at a low price, you found it here.
