What Surprised me was........ "How difficult my internet search for an original Case Tractor part at a REASONABLE PRICE was!!!" Certainly in my part of the planet, I knew I would have to search globally for the part in a larger market & more price competitive market......And I expected that would be in the good old USA.What ALSO surprised me was HOW FEW suppliers I could find and how FEW WOULD SHIP to my jurisdiction!!! I could only really find one I trusted.What I LIKED and what gave me PEACE OF MIND was that the "One Supplier I Found" was AMAZON MARKETPLACE.The Amazon price was cheaper than the CASE IH price, not stupid cheap......BUT what I consider a FAIR PRICE for an OEM part.....It was a price where everyone made a little profit and everyone was happy, including me.PLUS.......I know and trust Amazon to ship goods AROUND the global, quickly, efficiently and at a Fair price for all.What also SURPRISED me is that the only REAL competition in "my" tractor part search WAS Amazon market place......Without Amazon, and its ability to influence price & competition I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THE CASE IH PRICE, much higher.I was HAPPY and SURPRISED at how Amazon's market place created competition, a lower price and an excellent service in this parts space..............very much like the way Capitalism with Competition SHOULD work.My Original Equipment Manufacturer Starter Motor is in my tractor......AND I am Happy (and my cows are happy too ;-)Thank you Mr Amazon.
