Momo is a reactive dog. We were introduced to using a gentle leader by our trainer and it has been very useful. She is less reactive to other dogs on walks and is able to concentrate on the walk and the handler better.The only downside is that the sizing guide seems to be a little off. I bought an S size for Momo, according to the guide provided. But an XS suits her better.

Tamaño perfecto para entrenar a mis chihuahuas, estoy en espera en otra talla para mí perro grande, no los lástima y desde el primer uso obedecieron, muy recomendable

Absolutely love this head collar. I have a 100lb German Sheperd & a miniature Aussie that pulled worse than my German. I could never walk them together. I tried all sorts of collars, harnesses and the more expensive head collar from petsmart (which wasn't comfortable on my boy & would slide up his nose). Nothing worked. I got both dogs one of these and it changed my life. I can now walk both together! I read the reviews before I bought it and I did size down bc they are smaller. For my German I got a medium and for my 45 lb Aussie I got a small! Recommended this to my friends with dogs who are pullers and it has also helped them greatly. My boys can now go on walks that aren't strenuous to myself or them. The collar fits snuggly on their muzzles & the padding is amazing. It doesn't slide up the muzzle like the ones from petsmart. Will purchase again if mine wear out!

Unfortunately i couldnt keep this halter on my miniature Pinscher's head. He's pretty rowdy and always found a way to rip this off within minutes. I tried the small and that was way too big for him. I returned it and got the xs, but he still managed to get that one off as well. All in all the company was great about accepting my return of the first one, but I was a little disappointed that the xs was still too big. I kept this one hoping he would stop trying to escape, but the fact that you hook the leash up to this halter and rowdy dogs can manage to get it off is not ideal. Again, it could be that my dog is a better escape artist than most, but I personally wouldn't recommend unless you have a separate leash attached to another collar around their neck at the same time. I've tried that too and it got a little messy, but at least he couldn't free himself and run into traffic. I would say if your dog has a wide snout this might work, but dogs with skinny snouts can get out of this pretty easy.

My main complaint is that the size chart is way off. I have a 20lb schnauzer-mix and I had to exchange an XS for an XXS. So, good luck smaller dogs!When I finally got the right size--and after my dog adjusted (she hated it at first and would flop on the floor trying to get it off. It was like walking a fish out of water!)--it worked very well. I have more control over her on walks and after a few days of wearing it, she stopped pulling all-together. I would love, though, a chain that connects to her neck collar just in case she escapes from the head collar.Overall, this is a great product.
