Looks beautiful nice Sharp head looks like it would work really well in concept until close inspection and I realized there is a central handle bow to the side as well as a slight curvature towards the head which will throw off accuracy when throwing as well as inconsistency in targeted striking when chopping so very impressed with the head not impressed one bit with the handle as well as the angle of the blade is too steep to have an edge it should be a slider angle to get a good edge and stay Sharp will take a lot of reworking to get it made proper

Some people will see this ax and fantasize about fighting off zombie hordes. Yes, it would likely mess up a zombie but let's get this out of the way - you're also likely to impale yourself on the rear spike on your backswing. An axe like this isn't a good weapon. That backspike is also why it's not appropriate for wilderness survival. You'll never see a winner of "Alone" carrying an axe like this.The blade comes sharp, so the main use of this axe would be for throwing...until you break the handle from a bad strike. Once this happens, you can't easily replace the broken handle like you can on axes made specifically for throwing. The handle is also rather thin and slick, making it hard to hold on to.Overall, this axe is for looking at, not using but that should be obvious from the sub-$20 price.

This axe is great for camping or throwing. It has a lightweight and very strong polymer handle. The edge was very sharp. And, the little spike side of the blade can be useful for various chores...it's like a little pick axe. I'm glad it has a little sheath to keep the blade protected. Great item for the very affordable price!

I had looked forward to receiving this axe. I was not happy with the actual construction. The steel is fine, but the handle is too small and narrow to maintain a proper grip, much less so if you have to work in a wet situation such as rain. It could also use more head weight in order to had heft when chopping.
