2006 Sentra. Replaced everything that could lead to long/hard starts after the engine was hot for a while like after grocery shopping, the recommendation was that the only way to get rid of this particular Nissan issue was to replace the fuel pump, and for a few days I tested it, even setting a timer to start the car again after 15/20/30/60 minutes and I thought the problem was fixed. But a couple of days later the problem started to come back, with a slightly longer and longer start time after the engine was sitting off/hot for about 30 minutes. This leads me to believe that this issue does seem to be caused by the fuel pump and whatever it is just gets worse over time, and with this pump it was only good for about a few days. Saved my "functioning" factory pump just in case it gets worse. I tried waiting until the pump finished priming for a few seconds before turning the ignition. The pump is slightly louder than the factory pump but I wouldn't care about that if it was functioning as described.

Installed this in my 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8L. The bottom bowl that clips onto the pump housing was badly disfigured. It was as if someone had sat on it and partly squished it out of shape permanently. The resulting misshaping of the bottom bowl made it difficult to properly clip firmly onto the pump's body inside it as the 2 clips that are suppose to snap into it could barley grab and latch. It took a bit of fooling around to secure it without the assembly going crooked because the latched sides were not cooperating and latching properly. It is working but untrusted. I had at the time no choice as the original pump was not working anymore and this pump was all I had to work with and the car was needed that day. I would not recommend this brand of fuel pumps to anyone as the manufacturer of it doesn't seem up to the task of proper quality controls for their products. I was just between a rock and a hard place at the time and had to install it with crossed fingers. Never again. I will go elsewhere if it needs to be replaced.

Can’t say for sure about mileage because I just installed it but it works GREAT, my car ran so rough and had no power, was very hard to start, put this fuel pump in, starts in half a second, runs very smooth and drives with power like it should! Being so cheap I hope it lasts for at least a couple years!**EDIT 1 YEAR 4 MONTHS AFTER INSTALL**The fuel pump is beginning to fail. Car is struggling to start. Shakes and misfires for 5-10 seconds every startup, and randomly stalls when idling. Throwing CEL codes for fuel temp sensor, and fuel pump performance. Lasted 1 year and 4 months with no issues at all, but I am disappointed that it’s failing so soon. Yes it’s cheap and easy to replace but I was really hoping it could last at least 3-4 years. Guess I’ll be ordering another one now Lol
