Unistrut Trolley Assembly is made of hot-rolled pickled and oiled steel plates. It has an electrogalvanized finish to offer enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. It features steel pickling to produce smooth surface free from scale.
Fittings, unless noted, are made from hot-rolled, pickled and oiled steel plates, bar, strip or coil, and conform to one or more of the following specifications: ASTM specifications A575, A576, A635, A1011 SS GR 33, A1011 HSLAS GR 45 or A36. All fittings meet or exceed physical properties of ASTM A1011 GR 33. The pickling of the steel produces a smooth surface free from scale.

Unistrut is the best by far with this kind d of hardware I've built shelves with it and it's super sturdy I'm over 300 lbs and I jumped on my shelf I made and it didn't budge .Great stuff you get whast you pay for.

I'm using these dollies with 1-5/8 SuperStrut from lowes to lift and move 12x7 350lb floating dock sections in a storage area. 6 10ft sections of SuperStrut provide me with a 60ft runway, I use two of these 4 wheel dollies with a chain fall/hoist attached to each. I can lift the docking section then move it to the front and lower it onto a open trailer, it's now a one man job. Please note if designing your system with 1-5/8 tall superstrut the clearance between the plate on these dollies and the top inside of the superstrut is very close. So close I could not find a fastener that that the dolly would not bind on. The hanging brackets that hold the superstrut are $15 each, so you would spend more on the brackets then the superstrut and the dollies combined, I temporarly mounted the superstrut in position with 1 temporary lagbolt in the center of each section of superstrut. Once all hung I marked the suport joyce's location on the superstrut. On exposed Joyce's locatons I cut up angle iron in 1-5/8" lengths, drilled a 5/8 hole towards the top on one side of the angle. Then took the superstrut down and welded the angle perpendicular to the superstrut on its top.On sections where the Joyce's were not exposed I welded a piece of metal across the top of the superstrut with 5/8 holes pre drilled on each end of the plate. At each end of the superstrut where it would be abutting to another section of superstrut to continue the track I welded a piece of the pre-drilled angle iron on top of each superstrut top where the Joyce's were open, and on the side where the Joyce's were enclosed so I could bolt the tracks together once installed. On the exposed Joyce's I thru bolted the welded angle brackets to the Joyce's on the enclosed Joyce's I lag bolted the plates with structural rated 5" screws.Less expensive by far then buying I beam, and also keeps the trellises tight to the ceiling providing more vertical clearance.

I bought the trolly wheels from Amazon and then bought the p1000 track from Menards. I installed them onto a 440 lb hoist to make a trolly lift to lift steel plates. I drilled 2 pieces of angle iron and sandwiched the trolly wheels between them then bolted them together. Then I installed the hoist to to the angle iron. It was a simple and self explanatory project. The system works great. The wheels fit perfect and roll so smooth and easy. The track is strong and doesnt flex at all. There is no chance of this failing . I needed 16 feet so I welded 2 tracks together. The wheels roll so easy that I had to put stops on the ends of the tracks so it wouldnt accidentally fly off the ends. Both lenghts of track cost about $50, the 2 sets of wheels cost about $50 and the hoist was about $89. The whole project cost about $200 and a half day to put it all together. I should have done this years ago. Awesome.
