This clamp is solid! The adjustments are very useful. Used mine on a side snare 10” with a GB one legged stand (see review). Fits rack tubes to cymbal stand diameters.

Great tool with lots of options but does have some weight to it. This is what gives it its streght and duribility.

Holding a right-sided remote hi-hat stand for an open-handed approach, this is solid! No movement from my floating hi-hat! Gibraltar knocks it out of the park again, as usual.

Gibraltar have so much handy Clamps Clasps etc. After Purchasing The EA-100, EA-200 & the EA-300 I was looking for something to support Two odd lengths of tubing to place a small set of Timbales in an unusual section of the kit. I spotted the Gibraltar EA-250, It must have been a new addition to the Gibraltar system, to make it a short story IT was just the answer to that problem, got another one waiting for a problem!

This is one of three pieces I bought recently for mounting up a boom cymbal arm from the mast of my drum set's rototom stand - in a room where space is literally at a premium, folks! I wanted something rugged, and Gibraltar always comes through for me in that regard. This is both a dual-ended clamp and extension arm, and it's extremely rugged and heavy-duty - hence the very large, cube-shaped grippers at either end. And as you can see, the grippers rotate a full 360 degrees as well - making placement options practically endless! My only pet peeve about this device is that there's not a built-in notch for the arm's on-board memory lock, but the lock itself is still useful. The SC-EA250 arm/clamp is used for mounting, or at least it will help to mount, several types of drum set or percussion components when they need to be in a location where space is at a premium and there's no room for additional stands. Thinking about buying another one of these babies for backup later on as well, in case I ever need it, but having one in use so far will do fine for now.Kudos to Gibraltar, for again coming up with such a great piece of percussion hardware! Aside from the other drum brands I like, I'm practically sold on Gibraltar!
