As you can see from the included photos, what's the point of claiming these are 6mm threaded if there are not any threads inside the shaft? I could 3D print something more accurate than this garbage.These are a total waste of my money AND my time, because it's an hour drive to the closest return drop-off location.

It was not an exact replacement for my tama stand as it was advertised.

I am still rocking some 80s era Tama cymbal boom stands and a few years ago one of the nut/sleeves stripped out. Actually now that I think about it this might have been over a decade ago. Anyway I was planning on replacing it for a while but never got around to it until now! These do the job! If each of the sleeves in this four pack all last as long as the originals I'll set an automatic reorder for 2100!

it's a plastic nut. It does what you'd expect. Not much more to add. Works well enough and seems to be compatible with most cheap cymbal stands.
