I got one of these to replace my original broken one and it broke on the first use where the cable meets the handle. So I sent it back and got another, thinking it was just a one-off dud, only to have the next one let the cable slip right through. I got yet another with the "third time's the charm" mentality and even replaced the entire hood cable set before using this one and it, too, let the cable slip through. I'm returning all that I've gotten.
