This vibration plate is fantastic! It offers a variety of pre-programmed and customizable vibration settings and speeds, making it easy to find the perfect workout.After just a ten minutes of use each day, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my core strength and less edema in my legs. I have more energy overall. This is a great option for anyone who struggles traditional exercise.I also love that it includes resistance bands and a small workout mat, adding even more versatility to my routine. I highly recommend this vibration plate!

What an amazing peice of gym kit. I have the all black and it sits by the side of my sofa out of harms way, its so sleek looking yet it packs a punch for its output and what it can do for the body!!!! Tiny issue not having a remote inside but I'm awaiting a response from customer service, you can set it up manually however but I will pursue this matter still. It's still amazing, love the bands and mat you get with it, the online YouTube videos are very informative too from setting it up to using it for whatever goals you have. 😀

really nice machine. I love the benefits of all 3 motors for different vibration benefits. I feel it in my muscles. It helps with circulation. I use it for morning workouts, midday and before bed. The only issue is the plugs vibrates itself out of the unit often, which is annoying when I use the highest setting. There should be a way for the plug to stay in the socket regardless of the intensity. Not sure what I'll do but I'll try to figure something out for it to stay in place but for $500 Lifepro should have thought of a locking mechanism to keep the plug in the socket. it's annoying mid workout to restart the machine
